In this session you will hear about how our degrees are structured at the ANU College of Engineering, Computing and Cybernetics (CECC) and how our degrees will prepare you for the ever-changing technological landscape.
10.10am | Meet our postgraduate alumni, a panel discussion
Engage in a friendly conversation with three CECC postgraduate alumni and learn about campus life, and student experience at Australia's number 1 university.
10.45am | Cybernetics conversations
As the race to invent, commercialise and operationalise new technologies continues to grow apace, who designs these cyber-physical systems? This information session will introduce the ANU Master of Applied Cybernetics – the world’s first graduate program in cybernetics.
12.15pm | Computing at ANU
A computing degree can prepare you for a career in industry, government or community practice. In this session, you will learn more about the computing programs on offer and what areas you can specialise in!
12.50pm | Discover engineering at ANU
In this session we will look at the many different applications of engineering, from new renewable energy technologies to help us get to net zero, to robotic drones that can measure biodiversity, to next-generation communication technologies.
1.30pm | Computing and engineering combine in the Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Software Engineering
Prepare yourself for a career as a software engineer, developer, consultant, architect, programmer or designer with this new program.

Join our students on University Avenue for a walking tour through our engineering, computing and cybernetics buildings.
You will get to see where you will be attending lectures and tutorials, as well as seeing some of the amenities available to students including kitchens, lounge areas and the best study spots!
